I will start the assessment
with a complete evaluation on your home inside and
out. This will take at least an hour. I will then
return to my office with all the data compiled from
my assessment and grade your home, using a national
standardized scoring system. Within 24 hours, I will
return with my score and a checklist of all the
necessary updates and cosmetic repairs that will
make your house, “Sell Ready”. We, of course will
work within your budget, and pointing out what will
be the most important and where you will get the
“biggest bang” for your buck. So how much staging
you do is up to you. Whether it’s a fresh coat of
paint, replacing old, outdated lighting fixtures,
pruning the shrubs or simply de-cluttering and
de-personalizing your space, the goal here is to
provide you with the knowledge you need to get your
house ready for the competitive real estate market
and to make your house stand out above the rest,
turning those lookers into
buyers.

Staging Service
If
you choose to continue using our service for the
Hands-On Staging, we will return to your home after
the necessary changes have taken place from the
checklist I provided during the Assessment, (doing
only what your budget will allow). We will complete
the staging process by rearranging your furnishings
and accessories to maximize your space, create great
traffic flow (which is critical in selling your
home), and make your home shine above the rest
giving it “Show Room” quality.
